1. No Refund Policy:
I understand that all payments (including deposits and balances) are non-refundable and non-transferable. I am holding a limited spot at a high-demand event, and my registration is final.

2. Photo & Media Release:
I also grant permission to Jen Schro Inc. to photograph, record, and use my image and/or likeness (or my child’s, if registering on their behalf) in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and future marketing.

3. I release Jen Schro, Inc. from any and all liability as a result of any injuries which may occur during my participation in their event. I fully understand that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses which may be incurred as a result of any accidental injuries.
